Originally from New Roads, LA, Ryan works as part of the Product Development team on policy issues that impact the region's competitiveness, including transportation, workforce, and fiscal policy. Ryan earned his B.S. in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University where he graduated in 2004 with Magna Cum Laude honors. In 2008, he graduated from J.D., Tulane University School of Law with a concentration in Civil Law Studies. Prior to working at BRAC, Ryan was the International Director for Lafayette (LA) Consolidated Government.
