Rachel serves as Business Development Manager for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, driving business attraction initiatives, working with state and local officials, utilities, and community foundations to communicate strengths and resources to companies and consultants seeking locations for new facilities within the nine-parish Capital Region. She also is working as the Interim Director of Economic Development for West Feliciana Parish, driving quality job growth and increased capital investment into the parish.
