Beauregard Town
Beauregard Town, a historical neighborhood in downtown Baton Rouge, was planned by Captain Elias Beauregard, great-uncle of Civil War General Pierre G. T. Beauregard, and was intended to include a fashionable central square, modeled on Jackson Square in New Orleans. It is bordered by North Boulevard to the North, South Boulevard to the South, East Boulevard to the East, and the Mississippi River to the West. Today, the area is known for its beautifully renovated homes and community atmosphere.

Carter Plantation
Like a savory Louisiana gumbo, Carter Plantation is a unique blend of many flavors-outstanding recreational opportunities, world-class facilities, and unsurpassed hospitality and service. Located in Livingston Parish, a place where the best of the past, present, and future align, this community boasts PGA Champion David Toms' signature golf course. Clinton and Jackson
Nestled in the heart of Plantation Country, Clinton and Jackson welcomes visitors with historical charm and character. Clinton, the East Feliciana parish seat, is home to more than 36 historic homes and buildings. Its growing Main Street shopping district features unique stores and flavorful cafes. The Jackson Historic District includes a well-preserved commercial corridor and many fine examples of vernacular architecture of the antebellum period. The area is also home to the Pecan Ridge Bluegrass Festival.

Country Club of Louisiana (CCLA)
A legendary landmark celebrated for its quiet elegance and beauty, The Country Club of Louisiana is one of the nation's most exclusive and prestigious private clubs. Amidst tree-lined walkways and lush flower gardens, The Country Club of Louisiana's original Southern Plantation design evokes Baton Rouge's rich history. For the golf enthusiast, CCLA is home to a magnificent golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, himself.

Denham Springs
The largest city in Livingston Parish, Denham Springs includes a downtown antique district with 30 antique shops, restaurants, and other retail stores. This "bedroom community" is perfect for growing families and retirees, alike.

Donaldsonville
Located in Ascension Parish, Donaldsonville served as Louisiana's state capital from 1830-31. This quiet town contains magnificent pre-Civil War architectural structures, including the Ascension Catholic Church and St. Emma Plantation.

Garden District
The Garden district, a conglomerate of three historic districts in Baton Rouge, was the city's first subdivision and is currently located in Mid-City Baton Rouge. Its unique collection of residences range from upscale homes to duplexes that are shaded by beautiful old oak trees with quick access to City Park and the LSU lakes.

Gonzales
This city celebrates one of Louisiana's most important food groups at its Annual Jambalaya Festival. One of the thriving communities of Ascension parish, it offers the best of suburban and urban living. From 2000 to 2005, Ascension Parish ranked No. 1 in the region in single-family residential sales growth and was responsible for 18% of the homes sold in the Capital Region.

New Roads
New Roads, one of the oldest communities in Louisiana's Plantation Country, is located near one of southern Louisiana's most beautiful recreational waterways-False River. Residents in Pointe Coupee Parish enjoy boating, fishing, recreational boating, and skiing in over 15,000 acres of wetlands.

Old South Baton Rouge
Old South Baton Rouge is an area of three square miles in the inner city of Baton Rouge. Historically, the area contained some of the city's best and most popular restaurants, department stores, and two theaters. The McKinley Theater has seen performances from legendary artists Sam Cooke, James Brown, and B.B. King. Today, the community is undergoing an impressive revitalization under a Hope VI Grant.

Plaquemine
The City of Plaquemine is nestled on pre-historic Bayou Plaquemine, a tributary of the mighty Mississippi River. Plaquemine's downtown historic district consists of 120 residential and business buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Port Allen, Brusly, and Addis
The small towns of West Baton Rouge combine the historical flavor of Acadian and Victorian-style homes that have graced the parish for decades with booming retail developments. West Baton Rouge enjoys a wealth of recreational opportunities and easy access to the amenities of a major metropolitan area.

Spanish Town
Located in downtown Baton Rouge, Spanish Town is one of the two founding neighborhoods of Red Stick. The community is nestled in the shadows of the state capitol building and enjoys a unique camaraderie and culture and is most well-known for Baton Rouge's largest Mardi Gras parade.

St. Francisville
In West Feliciana Parish, nestled in the historic Florida Parishes of Louisiana, St. Francisville is a unique mixture of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The feel of community, good neighbors, and "hometown" of yesterday... today's diverse mixture of art, culture, recreation, and commerce...and resources that provide for the limitless potential of tomorrow.

The Bluffs
The Bluffs Country Club and Resort in West Feliciana Parish is a master-planned community that combines an Arnold Palmer- signature golf course with an upscale residential neighborhood. The community also boats trails, wildlife, rolling hills, rich landscapes, and a conference and banquet center.
