In his tenure as the hospital's top official, Robert Davidge's vision and leadership have propelled OLOL to its position as one of the largest and most highly regarded hospitals in Louisiana and the southern United States.
The hospital has been recognized as a Solucient Top 100 Hospital for Cardiology and a Solucient Top 100 Hospital for Performance Improvement. In addition, OLOL has received the National Research Corporation's Consumer Choice Award for seven consecutive years.
Robert is currently the Chair of the Louisiana Educational Television Authority, and is a member and past president of the Baton Rouge Rotary Club. Robert is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds membership in the American Hospital Association, the American College of Nursing Home Administrators, the Louisiana Hospital Association, and the Academy of Catholic Healthcare Executives.
In 2003, Robert received the Brotherhood Award from the National Conference of Community and Justice. He has been recognized most recently by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) with their Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Regent's Award.
