Charles D'Agostino, the founder and Executive Director of the Louisiana Business & Technology Center at Louisiana State University.

Under the umbrella of the Louisiana Business and Technology Center (LBTC), Charles directs the Small Business Incubator, the LSU Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and the Louisiana Technology Transfer Office (LTTO). The LTTO not only has an office located at LSU, but also at NASA's Stennis Space Center. The LBTC is a 25,000 square foot high-tech business incubator on the South Campus of Louisiana State University, a recently acquired research and technology park.

Under Charles' direction, the Louisiana Business & Technology Center was selected as the 2005 National Business Incubator of the Year in North America by the NBIA. The LBTC also has been ranked as a top 10 incubator for the last 5 years by the US Department of Commerce. The LBTC won the 2005 Lantern Award for its role in Economic Development in the State of Louisiana.

Charles serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of University Research Parks (AURP). In addition, he served for seven years on the board of the National Business Incubation Association (NBIA). Charles founded and served as chairman of the Louisiana Business Incubation Association.

Charles received his bachelor degree from Louisiana State University in 1970 and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 1972.
