Willie is responsible for BRAC's educational initiatives helping to build quality educational infrastructures. She is also the Director of Baton Rouge Area Leadership and oversees activities associated with Teens as Leaders and works closely with the Leadership Alumni organization. Willie provides staff leadership for the Community Development Issue Council and the Education
Issue Council.
