BRAC celebration
The Baton Rouge Area Chamber has pulled the curtain on its biggest annual event, “BRAC Impact 2010: Momentum!”
The celebration will take place 6:30-9:30 p.m. March 17 at the River Center downtown.
Cast as a light-hearted look at the accomplishments and goals of the regional economic development group, the annual event typically showcases those milestones against a Hollywood-like entertainment production.
This year’s program brings back actor Jamie Wax, who’ll host a mock production of the E! entertainment cable channel with “BRAC’s B!” TV show on the mythical Momentum Network. Well-known Baton Rouge personalities and business leaders will join Wax on the stage.
