HEALTH CARE COUNCIL

The Health Care Council is an association of health care leaders working together to further leverage the Capital Region’s health care industry as an economic development driver. The council encourages a synergistic environment by working on joint initiatives to drive investment and job growth in the health care industry. Key collaborators include area teaching hospitals, research facilities, community partners, and economic developers.The council promotes the continued growth of the Baton Rouge area’s health care industry as a strategic economic development asset by fostering a supportive operating environment for area hospitals and health service providers.
